Perforating osteoma cutis is a rare condition. Here we report a case of a woman with multiple perforating osteoma cutis skin lesions. Only four cases of perforating osteoma cutis have been reported to date; one female, located on the breast (Kim and Ahn, 2015) and three males, two of them located on the forehead (Kluger, 2016; Cohen, 2018) and one on the pretibial region, within a tattoo (Basu et al, 2019).
