Malaysia makes a bid for World Union 2026

 

The Malaysian Society of Wound Care Professionals have announced their bid to hold the 7th World Union of Wound Healing Conferences in Kuala Lumpur on the 23-27 September 2026. The bid is being headed by Prof. Dr. Harikrishna K.R. Nair, is the Chairman of the ASEAN Wound Council & President of the Malaysian Society of Wound Care Professionals (MSWCP). He also holds the position of Recorder, Executive Board, World Union of Wound Healing Societies and Vice President of the Asian Wound Care Association.

Malaysia’s bid will be considered along with others and decided upon by the WUWHS Committee and Sister Societies at the 6th WUWHS Congress held in Abu Dhabi, March 2022.
